The Merriam Park LAH/BNP strives to keep seniors living safely in their own homes as long as possible. We provide seniors and their caregivers with information and services including:

Affordable in-home nursing services on a sliding scale fee basis

Occasional transportation to necessary appointments

Connecting you with affordable chore services

Connecting neighborhood volunteers to provide companionship a neighborly helping hand

Connecting caregivers to support, information and training
