Founded in 2001, Hamline Midway Elders is a neighborhood based organization that provides services to help seniors remain independent in their own homes.
We assist seniors with daily living by arranging
- transportation,
- meal and grocery delivery,
- shopping,
- seasonal chore assistance,
- telephone reassurance,
- friendly visits,
- volunteer respite,

caregiver support,

socialization,

referrals for delivery services,minor home repairs, modifications and counseling,

in home nursing and home health is arranged through Recover Health
